About this role
Role Overview
Build and develop a defined Mid-Market portfolio
Identify and prioritize strategic target accounts
Build a qualified sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach
Conduct structured discovery and qualification conversations
Collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities
Maintain and manage the pipeline in HubSpot
Ensure accurate CRM documentation
Analyze relevant KPIs and continuously optimize sales activities
Represent the company at relevant industry events
Contribute to the development of messaging, segmentation, and sales playbooks
Requirements
Initial experience in strategic outbound sales
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience building strategic customer relationships
Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders on the client side
Business-fluent German (C2)
Excellent English skills
Proficient with CRM systems and KPIs
Ideally experienced with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or Apollo
