About this role
Role Overview
You identify new business opportunities, contact potential customers through various channels, and qualify leads for the sales team.
New customer acquisition & outbound sales
You proactively build new business opportunities and continuously develop your pipeline.
Responsible for your own SMB sales territory in the DACH region
Pipeline management & CRM
You work in a structured way and keep track of your sales activities at all times.
Performance & optimization
You work data-driven and continuously improve your results.
Collaboration & growth
You work closely with your team and continuously develop yourself.
Requirements
Initial sales or business development experience
At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a startup
Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree
Business-fluent German (C2)
Very good English skills
Ideally experience with HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
