Responsible for providing documentation and/or rebuttals to investors for credit items
Responsible for the delivery of loans to investors and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA)
Responsible for ensuring that notes are requested and returned from the investors and agency in the event that a loan cannot be sold or is repurchased
Responsible for the Final Certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes
Responsible for the delivery and purchase of loans that are deemed unsalable and are placed in scratch and dent pools
Responsible for obtaining the purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans
Provide files for MI audits and any supporting documentation needed
Also responsible for loans pulled for FHLMC and FNMA QC.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience (processing)
Adept in complex income analysis and appraisal and title review
Proficient with DU
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Government experience is a plus
Prior wholesale experience is a plus
High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
