Role Overview
- Point of contact for technical warranty cases – handling customer contact by phone and in writing
- Evaluate the plausibility of damage reports
- Processing and monitoring of automated data imports

Requirements
- Completed automotive technical training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician or Automotive Technician)
- Professional experience in a service-oriented environment (e.g., as a Service Advisor)
- Independent and structured work style
- High standard for the quality of your work
- Enjoy interacting with people and strong communication skills
- Excellent Polish language skills, complemented by German
