Handle onboarding and offboarding as well as matters related to family allowances and social insurance
Communicate with authorities, social insurance organizations and external parties
Process accident and sickness notifications via eAbsence
Weekly review of assignment contracts and employee master data
Process salary payments and invoicing for clients
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training; ideally additional qualification as an HR Assistant or Payroll Specialist — or solid experience in payroll and HR
Structured, precise and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills; French and Italian are a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in staff leasing/temp employment and working with easytemp
