About this role
Role Overview
Help manage priorities, projects, partnerships, travel, meetings and the business development pipeline.
Experiment with AI tools, build agents and automate repetitive work so a small team can operate like a much larger one.
Requirements
Coordinate projects, priorities, deadlines and follow-ups.
Track action items and ensure commitments are completed.
Manage the CRM and support the investor, partner and customer pipeline.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, notes and documents.
Coordinate scheduling, travel, conferences and logistics.
Organise internal information, processes and documentation.
Build AI agents and workflows using Claude, Claude CoWork, ChatGPT, Codex and similar tools.
Identify repetitive work that can be automated or improved.
Take ownership of urgent tasks and special projects as they arise.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ownership and consistent follow-through.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritise and manage several projects at once.
Resourcefulness and comfort working in ambiguity.
Sound judgement, discretion and reliability.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly.
A practical, problem-solving approach.
Strong working knowledge of modern AI tools.
Ability to build or configure AI agents and automated workflows.
Familiarity with CRM, project-management and productivity systems.
Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, Slack and spreadsheets.
