Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.
Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success.
Requirements
Industry Background: No prior experience required; interest in sales, marketing, or customer service is considered an advantage.
Language Skills: Native German (required).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with new contacts.
Outreach & Engagement: Comfortable initiating contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
