Identify new and existing sales opportunities to pursue
Front end prospecting through phoning, emails and Linkedln, to identify and build trusted partnerships for Evans Outside Sales Team.
Set up discovery meetings for Outside Sales team.
Evaluate current opportunities that lack forward momentum
Weekly interaction with our sales team to ensure pipeline is actively being pursued
Utilize Hubspot to reference engagement with customers and track progress
Understand our technology platforms and resources to drive automation
Study and understand market trends and seasonality
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
5+ years of related experience
Leadership experience.
Industry knowledge and expertise.
Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to read, write, type, and speak English fluently.
Experience with transportation management systems, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook as well as the ability and willingness to learn new software.
