About this role

Define and lead the Quality & Compliance strategy across European Control Tower operations
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and audit structures
Design and implement internal audit programmes
Own and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOP governance
Translate customer requirements into operational standards
Lead the end-to-end customer complaint process
Identify trends from audits and operational data
Act as a key quality partner for strategic customers
Lead customer reviews, escalations, and quality discussions
Collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, and Product teams
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance

Strong experience in Quality Management or Compliance within logistics or Control Tower environments
Deep knowledge of SOP governance, audit frameworks, and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Proven experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Understanding of cloud-based or digital operational environments
Ability to balance strategic development with hands-on execution
