Assist in troubleshooting issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client problems effectively.
Assist in gathering client requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, organize tickets, and manage resourcing.
Assist the Account Directors in managing budgets, invoices, and financial tracking related to client accounts.
Responsible for preparing project status reports, meeting agendas, and other relevant documentation.
Assist in generating project reports and performance metrics to communicate progress and results in Annual Business Reviews.
Work closely with internal teams, including the strategy, creative, digital marketing, and engineering teams.
Relay client requirements and objectives, coordinate tasks, and ensure that projects are executed effectively.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing role within a digital agency.
Strong understanding of website development and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Asana or similar project management software, Smartsheets, Parallax or similar resourcing software, and Google Suite.
