Role Overview
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operating supplies (MRO)
- Minimize downtime by ensuring part availability while driving cost-saving initiatives across indirect spending categories
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to establish optimal inventory levels
- Manage the "order-to-pay" cycle and address procurement requests
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in MRO or indirect spending within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel (data analysis)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
