Role Overview
- Lead client engagements focused on end-to-end P2P transformation
- Lead P2P workstreams on procurement transformation programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert on P2P platforms
- Conduct spend analysis and process metrics
- Design and optimize procurement processes
- Leverage automation tools to improve P2P throughput and controls
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
- Contribute to business development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Science)
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, sourcing and procurement, or procurement technology
- Hands-on implementation experience with P2P platforms: Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in Procure-to-Pay
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Co-Pilot or Gen AI tools is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
