Manage a high volume of work with exceptional organizational and time management skills with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.
Respond to incoming calls from customers experiencing travel or medical emergencies, providing clear guidance through both the intake and coordination processes to ensure efficient and compassionate support.
Arrange assistance services including but not limited to emergency evacuations, medical repatriations, hospital guarantee of payments, return of remains, pre-certifications
Coordinate care with domestic and international hospitals on behalf of the customer.
Work closely with external partners when arranging medically necessary transportation.
Collaborate closely with our Customer Service, Claims Department, and Medical Directors to ensure optimal service and quality care for our customers.
Handle confidential and proprietary information.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN)
The position is an mid-shift schedule during the following times: Monday – Thursday 10:30am – 9:00pm
Participate in the on-call rotation nights, weekends, and holidays.
High sense of urgency to serve as a comforting voice for those away from their home during a crisis.
