Identify targets and executing selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practice.
Drive sales growth through helping to derive best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate reimbursement practices.
Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate key understanding of the marketplace and places of strategic opportunities.
Use approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customer and potential customers.
Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed upon timelines.
Demonstrate an understanding of industry products, updates and market knowledge.
Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines compliance standards, Code of Ethics and federal/state/local laws.
Assist with training field Area Managers, professional education and mentorship roles as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required
Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience required; wound care experience strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred
O.R./Surgical/VAC Submission experience required
Experience with skin substitutes preferred
Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies.
