About this role
Role Overview
Get hands-on from day one.
You won't be making coffee or sitting in on meetings you're not involved in.
You'll contribute to real client projects — writing requirements, supporting discovery, and helping shape product decisions alongside experienced PMs.
Learn how clients and teams work together.
You'll see firsthand how product requirements get translated into design and code — joining client calls, workshops, and cross-functional syncs as an active participant.
Turn complexity into clarity.
Help document findings, structure user flows, write up requirements, and keep the team aligned.
Good product work is 50% thinking, 50% communicating — you'll practice both.
Explore what makes great products tick.
Research competitors, analyse user needs, and contribute ideas to how we shape features. Your perspective as someone new to the industry is genuinely valuable — fresh eyes catch things experience misses.
Requirements
Currently studying — and serious about product.
You're enrolled in a degree (business, design, computer science, or something else entirely) and product management is where you want to go.
You've read about it, tried things on the side, or already had some exposure through coursework or projects.
A clear, structured communicator.
You can take a messy idea and express it clearly in writing or in a room.
In English — that's non-negotiable.
German is a bonus that opens more client doors, but it's not required to get the job.
Curious about design and technology.
You don't need to code or design, but you're genuinely interested in how digital products are built.
If you've played around with Figma, tried a no-code tool, or built anything — even something small — tell us.
Organised and proactive.
You follow through, flag blockers early, and don't need someone chasing you.
Agency life moves fast — you'll thrive if you're the kind of person who makes things happen rather than waiting to be told.
Collaborative by default.
You're comfortable working across disciplines — with designers, engineers, strategists, and clients — and you know how to adapt your communication to the audience.
