Role Overview
Document and database maintenance, including managing and overseeing electronic data document collections
Review and prepare documents, reports and correspondence
Assist with discovery requests and productions
Assist with drafting, proofing, editing, and filing court filings using eFile systems
Knowledge of Subpoena preparation and service of process
Cite-check and Bluebook briefs, memorandum, white papers, etc
Track and communicate case related dates and information
Assist with witness preparation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a litigation environment, preferably with labor and employment law or, equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience in a law firm, legal, or other client service environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF software
Familiarity with iManage is a plus
Understanding of litigation support systems including, WestLaw, WestLaw Case Notebook, Lexis/Nexis, and Relativity
