Develop and execute territory and account plans for Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities across enterprise, government, financial services, energy, telecom, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, procurement teams, and executive sponsors.
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Work closely with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and MSSPs to expand market coverage and accelerate sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, professional services, customer success, renewals, legal, finance, and leadership to ensure successful deal execution and customer delivery.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
Identify customer security challenges and position NetWitness solutions effectively across threat detection, response, SIEM, NDR, endpoint, and incident response use cases.
Support customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Represent NetWitness at customer meetings, partner events, conferences, workshops, and executive briefings across the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements across Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as an escalation point for commercial and account-related matters.
Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of enterprise sales or account management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
Strong experience selling into GCC markets, with specific knowledge of Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman preferred.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing large enterprise and government accounts.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SOC operations, threat detection, SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, incident response, and managed security services.
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing customer and partner network in Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to government, energy, telecom, banking, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of regional procurement processes, compliance requirements, and public-sector sales cycles.
Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
