Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with every customer
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
- Be a part of the community through events and making outbound calls
- Work during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
