Develop and monitor transport plans for road, ocean, and air freight flows
Coordinate transport capacity based on shipment volumes, operational planning, and customer requirements
Act as the key point of contact between carriers, warehouses, customer service teams, international SKF locations, and other internal stakeholders
Take action to resolve transport and capacity issues and propose alternative transport solutions
Manage transport-related administration and communication
Analyze performance through KPIs such as on-time arrivals/departures and fill rates
Handle claims, transport incidents, and quality-related cases
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, with a particular focus on dangerous goods transportation
Maintain and optimize transport data and flows within SAP TM/EM and WASS
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to sustainable transport solutions, including CO₂ reporting

Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent experience
Knowledge of logistics and transport processes
Understanding of the transport market and relevant transport legislation
Good knowledge of PC applications and systems (SAP TM)
Solid analytical skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work with shifting priorities and the ability to prioritize in an evolving environment
Effective communication & collaboration skills
Good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is meritorious
Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken
Able to manage pressure well and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations
