Oversee all phases and development teams for a single project, from concept through to release.
Manage the majority of internal development teams to identify risks, define processes, establish schedules, and set roles and responsibilities.
Work closely with directors and team leads to set objectives and deliverables.
Plan, organize, and unblock the work of a group of teams.
Listen, reassure, guide, and coach a group of producers, directors, and team leaders.
Help directors formalize their vision and priorities.
Translate directors' vision, intent, and feedback into concrete in-game results.

Minimum of 10 years' experience as a producer/project manager
Have shipped at least 2 AAA titles
Actively participated in all phases of a game's development cycle (from concept to release) as a producer/project manager
Process-oriented and committed to implementing clear processes
Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle, from pre-production to shipping
Experience leading production teams
Excellent communication skills
High level of agility and adaptability
Ability to multitask and manage a large number of tasks without losing sight of objectives
Strong willingness to take ownership and assume responsibility
Fluent in English.
