About this role

Create compelling video journalism for digital and linear platforms
Conduct deep-dive open-source research and verification, leveraging advanced digital forensic tools and methodologies
Proficiency in OSINT methods and tools including video verification, AI detection, geolocation, chronolocation, social media scraping, and metadata analysis
Proficient in analyzing satellite imagery, as well as marine and flight tracking
Skilled at conceiving and overseeing production of motion graphics and animations including 3D animation when necessary
Develop and execute digital video investigations from start to finish including pre
and post-production
Produce live segments, both in the field or in the studio or from remote network locations as needed
Knowledge of photojournalism/cameras, editing and animations software a plus

Minimum of 5 years of production experience in the news television industry or digital video journalism
Investigative reporting experience a necessity
BA/BS in journalism, politics or a related field preferred or equivalent in experience
Strong news judgment as well as strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, research, and production skills
Past reporting and field experience is an advantage.
