Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
Gather, document, and clarify business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Lead initiatives in defining KPIs, metrics, and success measures for business initiatives
Support process improvement efforts by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending solutions
Create business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and presentations
Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to answer business questions
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Monitor business and operational performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Conduct root-cause analysis to support decision-making and problem resolution
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly manner
Work closely with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and operations partners
Participate in project meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
Support implementation and adoption of data-driven solutions
Validate data accuracy and investigate data quality issues

5-10 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or a related field
Basic proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred: Experience with Python, R, or other analytical tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts
Strong foundation in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
Experience creating dashboards and executive reporting
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of data modeling, databases, or cloud analytics platforms
