Role Overview
- Providing in person and virtual counseling for participants
- Counsels on pension plans, tax deferred annuities and other investment options
- Educates, recommends and facilitates new product purchases
- Interacts with retirement plan participants for exceptional customer service
- Utilizes knowledge of tax and investment strategies for financial advice
- Communicates with cross-business partnerships to develop products
- Develops and maintains strong relationship with Institutional Plan Sponsors
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- FINRA Registrations SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State)
- Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
