Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmacy customers across Western Canada
- Provide proactive guidance to optimize use of McKesson Pharmacy Technology Solutions
- Conduct operational assessments and business reviews for improvement opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve product-related concerns
- Conduct training programs for customers in both virtual and in-person formats
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or pharmacy operations
- Experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual French/English skills are considered an asset.
