About this role
Role Overview
Provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large.
Requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
Leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis.
Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
Provides input into functions strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
8 or more years of technical experience, including reward and/or loyalty program experience in either health care, financial services, travel or hospitality
5 or more years of management experience
Experience with economics of reward programs from liability, expense and ROI contribution
Solid understanding of applicable metrics for measuring and managing customer loyalty and retention
Prior experience leveraging customer insights to define strategies and target outcomes, including research, journey mapping, consumer
Data-driven marketing experience, especially to drive engagement, loyalty and program value
Experience with health insurance Sales, Market and Provider interactions
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Excellent communication, negotiation and diplomacy skill, and strong informal influencing skills.
Track record of working cross-functionally; illustrating the ability to lead projects, appropriately exert influence, build consensus/alignment across teams and achieve measurable results without direct authority.
