Define and execute digital product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business and customer requirements into scalable digital solutions
Lead product discovery efforts, including market research, customer feedback analysis, and identification of emerging opportunities
Collaborate with technology, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences using agile methodologies
Evaluate product performance using data, insights, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements
Develop business cases, recommendations, and strategic plans to support investment decisions and future product growth
Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership, influencing alignment across the organization
Support product governance, operational excellence, and best practices that improve the delivery and management of digital products

5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis
3+ years of experience leading digital products through the full product lifecycle, including strategy, planning, development, launch, and optimization
Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar product management certification
Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools to measure product success and customer engagement
Experience gathering and translating business, customer, and technical requirements into actionable product solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions
Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
