Role Overview

• Own the performance and productivity ecosystem that drives an organization's top metrics
• Oversee the clinician-facing mobile app experience and internal management tools
• Define and implement AI-driven intelligence in products
• Collaborate with operations leaders and field teams to enhance performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 4–7 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from discovery through delivery
• Comfort operating in an AI-accelerated environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and stakeholder complexity
• Strong data orientation: you define metrics before you build
• Excellent written and verbal communication
