Operations Analyst

Role Overview

• Provides support to business operations
• Elicits business requirements for operational improvements among cross functional teams
• Works independently with complex data under minimal supervision
• Collaborates with key decision makers to identify and solve a variety of business or operational problems
• Interprets data, identifies trends, creates data visualization
• Ensures data integrity and assists leaders by providing insights into operations
• Develops and maintains dashboards for reporting
• Supports operational reporting needs and business process redesign

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years’ experience
