Provide perinatal and newborn education and counseling services through the CPSP.
Develop and structure seamless interface among various services to provide easy access to patients.
Represent the clinic in all matters dealing with these services.
Work closely with Clinic Director, Women’s Health Director, Medical Providers, and Nursing staff to develop and implement goals and objectives of the programs.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Medical Assistant diploma required from an accredited school.
Minimum of one year of OB/GYN experience.
Experience with referrals.
Training and experience in venipuncture.
EHR proficiency.
Certification as a Family Planning Health Worker is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, depending on population being served.
Valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA or Red Cross guidelines.
