Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition
Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiative
Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner
Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly
Requirements
High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, (including in the financial services industry)
May require National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
