About this role
Role Overview
- Help deliver core Asset Finance targets and maximise business levels and profitability from existing and prospective LBG panel Brokers
- Build and develop internal relationships with key stakeholders to leverage and grow broker opportunities
- Contribute and assist the Asset Finance business in delivering its’ strategy alongside LBG in the market
- Manage a panel of Asset Finance brokers to ensure an efficient service which meets both broker and client needs
Requirements
- Ideally 2+ years of Relationship Management experience
- Credit/Analytical Skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication
- Self/Work Organisation
- Procedural/Product/Specialist knowledge; banking or asset finance experience
