Role Overview
- Client-facing deal execution role focused on asset securitization transactions
- Responsible for execution of securitization asset financings including structuring, lending, and advisory
- Work with Credit Solutions to support portfolio management
- Create and deliver financial analysis to clients
- Participate in pitching, managing, and closing ABS transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–7 years of total relevant investment banking, capital markets or corporate finance experience
- Proven project leadership across multiple concurrent transactions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses.
