Stacks cases from conveyor for finished goods
Understands and aligns business operations and the Department to exceed customer expectations
Picks up cartons from conveyor and stacks onto pallets
Checks cartons for quality
Stretch wraps pallets for finished goods inventory
Prints and places load tickets on each case/pallet
Assists Feeder/Packers
Assists during breaks
Hand packs into corrugated cases
Manual sorting for defective jobs
Other duties as assigned

Manufacturing experience required
Excellent attendance
Ability to work independently
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
