Lead and supervise Equipment Services personnel, including workload planning, project coordination, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure efficient maintenance operations and employee development.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs in partnership with maintenance planning and reliability teams to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company safety policies, identifying hazards, and addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating maintenance processes, repair methods, and equipment service practices while implementing enhancements that improve efficiency and reliability.
Manage key administrative functions, including work order systems, spare parts inventory control, payroll approvals, department expense tracking, and employee documentation.
Support talent management activities including hiring, performance evaluations, goal setting, wage reviews, succession planning, and employee growth and development initiatives.
Requirements
5-7 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Occasional travel and overnight stays (0-5%)
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business > 20% per week (more than 8 hours) and an MVR is required
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance (Preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and good oral and written communication skills
Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills with a commonsense approach.
