About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end sales ownership: managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close.
Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads.
Conduct product demos of AccessiWay with a deep understanding of customer needs and tailored solutions.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships with stakeholders from public and private organizations.
Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize sales outcomes.
Use the CRM system to structure and manage pipeline, forecasts and daily sales activities.
Monitor trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market.
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in sales roles with responsibility for the full sales cycle.
Strong drive, results orientation and resilience.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Independent and organized working style in a dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
Native-level German and strong English proficiency.
Experience or knowledge of the DACH market is a plus.
