RavenDB is a leading platform solution of NoSQL database, offering robust and scalable data management technology to businesses worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new SMB & Enterprise-level clients while effectively communicating RavenDB’s value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential business verticals and execute outbound strategies
- Develop territory plans and acquire new customers
- Convert inbound leads into closed deals
- Manage the sales pipeline and enhance the sales process
- Communicate RavenDB's benefits tailored to each prospect
- Explore partnership opportunities and attend industry events to expand market awareness
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships to retain existing revenue and secure additional business
- Meet or exceed sales quota requirements by managing sales cycles and opportunities
- Conduct at least 80% of sales activities outside the office/via Zoom
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of successful sales quota and customer account management, preferably in the technology/software industry, with a strong focus on database or data management solutions
- In-depth knowledge of NoSQL databases and familiarity with the broader data management ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Results-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
