Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnership and special marketing projects, from idea generation to successful delivery
Identify, negotiate, and establish collaborations with globally recognized brands, organizations, and industry leaders
Source and engage high-profile public figures (opinion leaders, industry experts) for marketing initiatives
Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, talent representatives, agencies, and strategic partners
Lead cross-functional project execution, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and external vendors
Develop creative partnership concepts that strengthen brand positioning and generate measurable business impact
Explore new geographic markets and partnership opportunities through strategic ambassadors and influential personalities across Latin America, Asia, North America, Africa, and other regions
Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high execution standards
Coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously using Jira and other project management tools
Analyze partnership performance, prepare post-project reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing Projects, or a similar senior marketing role
Fluent English (C1+) and Russian
Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact marketing projects with full ownership from strategy through execution
Strong expertise in brand marketing and partnership development
Experience working with premium brands, public figures, ambassadors, celebrities, or executive-level stakeholders
