Role Overview
- Own revenue and new product growth across the portfolio
- Set strategy alongside the Founders for growth and product
- Run sales and marketing as one commercial engine
- Shape expansion plans including international growth
- Own full customer acquisition strategy
- Reduce reliance on brokers by building direct demand
- Ensure every building is filled with accurate pricing and reporting
- Identify new markets and formats for international growth
- Build and run sales strategy across locations
Requirements
- 12+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership
- Experience in flex workspace, hospitality, hotels, co-living, or similar sectors
- Track record of delivering revenue growth
- Direct experience running both sales and marketing functions
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Rigorous, data-driven approach
- Experience launching new locations from pre-marketing to stabilisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
