About this role
Role Overview
Generate €600k in ARR in the first year from new business in the CDS segment, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closed deals.
Build a stable pipeline by generating at least 10 meetings per week and maintaining a healthy book of active opportunities.
Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site, multiple stakeholders).
Help structure and refine the sales playbook.
Participate in onboarding and training new sales hires, providing coaching and sharing best practices.
Requirements
3–6 years of B2B sales experience with genuine cold prospecting and closing track record; ideally progressed through a BDR → AE career path.
Native-level French and strong written and spoken English for internal communication.
Top-tier background (e.g., prestigious school or experience at a demanding/high-performing company).
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have: experience in healthcare/healthtech or selling products subject to regulatory constraints.
Solid grounding in sales theory (familiar with fundamental concepts and methodologies).
Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, and Apollo.
