About this role
Role Overview
- Provide remote support to clients for technical assistance with machines and equipment via phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, or digital platforms;
- Diagnose technical faults (mechanical, electrical and operational), guiding the client through adjustments, tests and corrections;
- Monitor technical service tickets, ensuring responses within deadlines and keeping the client updated on progress;
- Log service calls in the system, detailing diagnoses, actions taken and solutions applied;
Requirements
- Completed technical or higher education in Electromechanics, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Automation.
