Onboarding Support: You assist new customers with the first steps and ensure they can navigate Flexxter immediately.
Feedback Interface: You collect frequent questions or feature requests from users and pass them directly to our product team to help improve the software.
Help Center & Knowledge Base: Help for self-service: You keep our help articles up to date and write new articles when we launch great new features.
Video Tutorials: You create short screen recordings (e.g., with Loom) in which you explain features clearly and in an approachable manner.
Quality Assurance: You regularly check whether our guides still match the current state of the software.
Social Media & Creative Content: Content recycling: You turn key tips from support and the Help Center into short, punchy social media posts (e.g., “Feature of the Week” or “Quick Tip”).
Community Engagement: You help boost interaction on our channels by answering subject-specific questions.
Creative Input: You have ideas for how we can present our software benefits in a visually appealing way? We want to hear them!
Requirements
Currently enrolled student: Ideally studying civil engineering, business administration, communications, marketing, or a comparable degree program.
Communication ace: You can translate complex software functions into simple, understandable German—whether in the chat or in an explainer video.
Digital-native attitude: You have a strong affinity for software tools. Terms like SaaS are familiar to you, and you learn new programs quickly.
Creative eye: You enjoy preparing content in an attractive visual format (e.g., with Canva or basic editing tools for social media).
Structured & reliable: Even if three requests come in the chat at once, you keep a cool head and remain friendly.
Interest in the trades: You respect our customers’ work and are excited to help drive the digitization of one of Germany’s most important industries.
