Manages end-to-end master data maintenance in SAP MDG instances for Enterprise Services master datasets including equipment assets, operational technology assets, property assets, etcetera
Gathers and analyzes business requirements for Master Data Management (MDM) projects and work with stakeholders to define master data standards and business rules
Creates critical data and asset elements with technical input from the business stakeholders including asset creation processes and workflows
Documents functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
Analyzes data quality issues and works with data stewards on the team to recommend improvements
Performs data and process mapping between source and target systems
Collaborates with developers, data architects, quality assurance (QA) teams, and data stewards
Supports testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment
Helps establish and maintain data governance policies, communicates data quality issues and data conflict reconciliations to business stakeholders

3+ years of experience as a business analyst or a data analyst
3+ years of experience as an analyst working with SAP Master Data Governance
3+ years of experience with database design, data modeling, or object modeling
3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and agile project management tools (JIRA, TFS, VersionOne, etc.)
3+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
