Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements
Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
Develop test scenarios and support testing to ensure solutions meet functional and quality expectations
Serve as an embedded member of a Scrum team, supporting developers and testers throughout each sprint
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness for sprint planning and refinement
Validate that delivered features provide measurable business value and align with the overall product vision
Support development teams during build, testing, deployment, and hyper care phases
Maintain product documentation, workflows, and release notes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement

6+ years of total SAP experience, including 5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience
Strong experience with SAP IBP modules, particularly Demand, Supply, and Inventory
Proficiency in integrating SAP IBP with ECC and/or S/4HANA using CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS
In-depth understanding of supply chain planning processes, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
Ability to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data
Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Excel UI and Fiori Launchpad
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a technical environment
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs
Experience working with enterprise applications, data flows, and system behaviour
