Role Overview
Perform Open Order Report (OOR) management to include dock dates, need dates, contract dates and program communications.
Define and develop material strategy for on-time supplier delivery.
Proactively assess delivery risks and collaborate with Programs.
Lead supplier issue management, prioritization, expediting.
Complete quarterly supplier assessments (SAMS), facilitate Supplier Business Reviews (SBR’s), manage Supplier Management Plans and Supplier Production Readiness Reviews.
Analyze lead times and identifies critical path procurements.
Review requirements for non-standard parts, analyze lead times, and identify critical path procurements.
Analyze, aggregate, and prioritize supply/demand requirements.
Develop relationships with suppliers’ personnel for quick response.
Requirements
Associate's degree with minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business and/or closely related field OR Bachelor’s degree minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business and/or closely related field.
US Citizenship (Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance)
Experience with team collaboration
Experience is resolving problems with peers and customers
