Facilitation of meetings, resulting actions, and any associated deliverables
Drive common people processes across Engineering teams
Coordinate with homeroom, program, and other functional counterparts to achieve the Engineering annual operating plan (AOP)
Provide guidance on technical training and skills development initiatives across Engineering
Execute projects in support of engineering as tasked by the VP of Engineering
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of related professional/military experience in engineering or project/program operations, OR a Master’s degree AND 0 years of related professional/military experience in engineering or project/program operations
Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations
Active U.S. government Secret clearance (or higher)
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
Use of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint
