Form a key part of the Loan Platforms team, responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Syndicated Loan Market offering
Support the questions and requests of our internal and external clients
Responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team
Gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact daily with our clients of varying levels of seniority
Support clients and the business with operational duties and account maintenance support functions
Accurately review onboarding documentation and maintain data integrity
Provide onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts
Strict adherence to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards
Pro-actively identify internal and external account and system related issues

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be able to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise
Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion
Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications
Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes
Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong process improvement skills (Preferred)
Salesforce experience (Preferred)
Customer service experience (Preferred)
