Configuration of network equipment: Router, Switch, Access Point
Provide support to field technicians for the installation of network equipment
Perform operational tests of equipment and internet access
Contact network technicians and analysts to collect information on planned service schedules
Access ServiceNow/Remedy, SIGITM, SIGITM TA, and other tools to retrieve information and update the status of current and scheduled tickets
Identify deviations and escalate to Supervisors and Management to ensure SLAs are met for Advanced Data products (Dedicated IP, MPLS, etc.)
Validate that access authorization processes (technicians at service locations) are being followed
Update controls and, when necessary, create tracking files to facilitate follow-up of critical cases.

Experience performing connectivity tests on internet links
Support field technicians, providing guidance on configurations to be applied to network equipment
Experience following technical procedures to configure equipment: routers, switches, and related devices
Basic knowledge of network protocols required (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISDN, R2, among others)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
