Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual sales budget goal for assigned territory
Identify and capture new growth opportunities within the aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors
Promote, train and manage the MAPAL product offering to local authorized distributor network partners
Troubleshoot complex machining challenges involving milling, turning, and hole-making & hole-finishing
Conduct on-site tool testing and performance analysis to reduce cycle times and improve part quality
Demonstrate total cost of ownership (TCO) savings to procurement and engineering teams at end-user customers

Education equivalent to a Two to Four Year degree program in a technical discipline
Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code)
Tool geometry
Metallurgy
Minimum of five years of cutting tooling experience
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, ability to work independently
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong ability as a presenter of product with skills of persuasion and value selling
Consultative, customer focused, and solutions oriented
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to travel up to 50% to meet with distributor partners and end-users within the sales region
