About this role
Role Overview
As Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Embedded Software you will work at the interface between engineering, marketing and business
Support the definition and go-to-market activities for our software solutions for Computer-on-Modules and custom developments
Lead role in the Trias software roadmap for Computer-on-Modules (COM) for Linux, Windows, Android, …
Define and manage the software roadmap within a Product Increment process
Define software requirements based on customer needs, regulations and standards
Support and oversee software development in Trias R&D centers and with development partners worldwide
Design and structure product demonstrations
Prepare customer presentations with a software focus
Act as liaison to key customers and business partners
Support marketing activities: trade shows, online presentations, blog posts
Support sales and FAEs in the business development process
Contribute to strategy development: technology choices, service & support, make-or-buy decisions
Further develop our software business model, including business planning and forecasts
Perform return-on-investment calculations and risk/return assessments
Conduct market and competitive analysis
Build and maintain a strategic partner network
Perform pricing calculations for software in response to custom requests
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto) is required
Basic understanding of embedded systems and software stacks
Basic understanding of cybersecurity, modern software technologies and artificial intelligence
Experience with BIOS, boot loaders, or real-time operating systems is a plus
Experience with Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth and Thread is a plus
Excellent English skills (C1)
