Serve as a primary point of contact for retirement plan clients regarding ongoing service needs, plan administration matters, operational inquiries, and coordination of deliverables.
Build and maintain effective client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and problem resolution.
Coordinate and support client review processes, retirement committee updates, audit-related requests, and follow-up activities to help ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Exercise judgment in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving client and operational issues, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely and effective solutions.
Monitor ongoing workflows and operational processes to help ensure service continuity, efficiency, and compliance with internal standards.
Coordinate day-to-day administration and servicing activities related to retirement plans, including processing client requests, reviewing plan-related information, and supporting advisors with implementation and ongoing plan management activities.
Prepare and analyze client reporting materials, including investment performance information, fee analysis, plan utilization metrics, and other data used to support advisor recommendations and strategic client discussions.
Conduct research and provide analytical support related to plan trends, benchmarking, and client service opportunities.
Support adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate client documentation, monitoring required processes, and assisting with updates related to evolving retirement plan regulations and industry standards.
Support business growth initiatives through preparation of presentations, proposals, client materials, and pipeline tracking.
Coordinate and support special projects, operational initiatives, and process improvement efforts as assigned.
Provide cross-functional support during periods of increased business activity and assist in maintaining continuity of service across the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5–10 years of experience within the retirement plan or financial services industry
